College of Europe

The College of Europe, established on the initiative of Hague Congress is the oldest postgraduate institute of European studies. The newly established campus of the College of Europe in Tirana (2024) offers an advanced Master of Arts in European Transformation and Integration – The EU in Southeastern Europe.

  • Master of Arts in European Transformation and Integration

The CoET MA’s programme runs over two semesters, with the first one starting in September and ending in December.

  • be Albanian citizen;
  • have been resident in Albania for the last three years;
  • be aged between 18-29 years old;
  • be enrolled or accepted for enrollment, full-time in a study program at the respective Higher Education Institution;
  • demonstrate a minimum GPA of 8.0 for the years of the bachelor studies.

This marks the beginning of the application process. Candidates can start submitting their applications online for the partner institutions.

The deadline for submitting applications. Late submissions won’t be considered, so ensure all required documents are uploaded before this date.

Announcement of Scholarship Recipients

The AADF Scholarship Program will notify all applicants via email, regardless of their scholarship application status.
