Meet our outstanding scholars.

Agilda Kulli is a Software Engineer with a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Tirana. Her academic background has equipped her with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of software engineering, data-driven systems, and modern information technologies.

She is currently working as a Software Engineer at Le Circuit Prestige, contributing remotely from Albania to Germany to the development of backend systems for data-driven web applications. Her work focuses on Java backend development, including the design and implementation of RESTful APIs using the Spring Framework, database integration, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of backend services.

In addition to her technical experience, Agilda has a multidisciplinary background that includes web administration, digital marketing, and accounting, allowing her to approach technology challenges with a strong awareness of business and organizational needs. She is motivated to further strengthen her technical expertise through the AADF Scholarship Program and to contribute to innovative, socially impactful technology solutions that support digital transformation and sustainable development.

Altin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the European University of Tirana, having achieved excellent academic results. His strong theoretical foundation is supported by practical experience from a technical internship at the same university, where he worked with computer networks and hardware maintenance. He has further strengthened his profile through active participation in international hackathons and volunteer initiatives, demonstrating proven problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure. He is currently expanding his expertise in the Full Stack Web Development Program at Holberton School Albania.

What sets him apart is a balanced skill set that combines hardware-level understanding with modern software development. His background in computer systems, hands-on technical experience, and exposure to competitive programming enable him to approach challenges with both depth and agility. He is focused on building efficient, real-world solutions that connect technical performance with user needs.

Through Holberton’s project-intensive training, Altin is solidifying his full-stack capabilities. As a skilled engineer, he is prepared to immediately contribute to teams that value clean architecture, thoughtful design, and impactful execution. His goal is to deliver robust, end-to-end digital solutions with precision and reliability from concept to deployment.

Alvi holds a scientific Master’s degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics. During his academic studies, he engaged in coursework and project-based learning that strengthened his analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of software engineering principles. His academic experience has focused on application development, system design, and data-driven solutions.

In parallel with his studies, Alvi has continuously developed his technical skills through professional training and applied learning programs, including advanced coursework in Java programming and a certificate program in Machine Learning. These experiences have enhanced his knowledge of object-oriented programming, algorithms, and emerging technologies, as well as his ability to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios.

Alvi’s professional experience includes roles in technical and IT support environments, where he contributed to system maintenance, technical problem resolution, and process optimization. His work has involved collaborating within multidisciplinary teams, supporting technology-based operations, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of digital systems.

Arbër Zylyftari is a Computer Science student with a strong focus on software development and machine learning, combining technical expertise with a growing commitment to leadership and collaboration. He is currently pursuing advanced training in Machine Learning and Full-Stack Web Development, where he actively takes initiative in group projects, coordinates tasks, and supports peers to ensure high-quality and timely results. His academic path has strengthened his ability to analyze complex problems, communicate technical ideas clearly, and work effectively in team-based environments.

Throughout his studies, Arbër has developed and led multiple academic and personal projects involving web applications, data processing, and automation. He has hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and C, and regularly applies best practices in version control, project structuring, and documentation. His leadership experience includes guiding team members during collaborative development, contributing to decision-making processes, and maintaining a strong sense of accountability within project teams.

Arbër is motivated by continuous learning and professional growth, with a long-term goal of contributing to innovative, technology-driven initiatives. He aims to take on increasing responsibility in the fields of artificial intelligence and software engineering, while creating solutions that generate meaningful and sustainable impact.

Bjornis is a motivated student with a solid academic background and a growing interest in technology and digital systems. He completed his secondary education at Harry T. Fultz Institute, specializing in IT and Electronics, where he developed strong foundations in electronics, engineering principles, and technical problem-solving.

He is currently pursuing his studies in the Electrical Engineering Technologies (EET) program at RIT Tirana, where he is gaining hands-on experience with electronic circuits, sensors, programming, and applied engineering concepts. Bjornis has worked on practical projects involving Arduino-based systems, measurement technologies, and data analysis, and has demonstrated active engagement in coursework that bridges theory with real-world applications. His academic interests align with innovation, digital transformation, and applied engineering solutions.

Daniel is a student with a strong academic background and a keen interest in electronics and technology. He graduated from Harry Fultz Institute, where he excelled academically and was an active participant in the school’s Robotics Club for two years, ultimately serving as the leader of his class. 

These experiences helped him develop his leadership, knowledge, communication and organizing skills. Daniel is continuing his studies in the Computing and Information Technologies (CIT) Program at RIT Tirana. He is also involved in university research projects; he published his first research paper in the fall semester of 2025.

Dario Laze is a highly motivated and academically-driven student with a strong foundation in technology and leadership. A graduate of Harry T. Fultz High School, Dario demonstrated early promise in technical subjects and collaborative environments, consistently seeking opportunities to expand his knowledge and practical skills.

Dario is currently pursuing his degree in the Electrical Engineering Technologies (EET) Program at RIT Tirana. He has quickly taken on a significant leadership role at the university, serving as the Vice President of the Student Council. This role involves coordinating student life initiatives, representing the student body, and organizing key educational and community events. His involvement has further honed his leadership, strategic planning, and project-coordination skills, demonstrating his commitment to both his academic path and the campus community. He is eager to contribute to the field of electrical engineering, focusing on innovative projects and digital solutions.

Denis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, with a strong academic background in information systems and digital processes. He is currently attending the Full Stack Web Development program at Holberton Albania and gaining practical experience through an internship at Raiffeisen Bank, where he contributes to business and technology projects.

Denis aims to apply his academic knowledge and experience to support structured, efficient, and impactful initiatives in the IT and digital transformation fields.

Donald holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, where he developed a strong foundation in technical problem-solving and analytical thinking. He is currently expanding his expertise by attending the Machine Learning Program at Holberton Albania, with a focus on advancing his skills in cutting-edge technologies and artificial intelligence. Donald has built a distinguished career as a software engineer, beginning with an internship at a tech company in Tirana that ignited his passion for software development.

Over the years, he has steadily progressed through increasingly challenging roles, culminating in his current position in a senior role in the iGaming industry, where he works on innovative and high-performing solutions. His journey reflects a commitment to continuous growth and adaptability in a rapidly evolving field. With a unique blend of engineering expertise and hands-on software development experience, Donald aims to leverage his skills in machine learning to solve real-world problems and contribute to innovation-driven projects that make a difference.

Elen is a highly accomplished student and dedicated athlete currently pursuing a degree in Computing Information Technologies (CIT) at RIT Tirana, where she applies the same discipline and drive that defined her tenure at “Qemal Stafa” High School, where she graduated with excellent academic standing.

Her background is distinguished by exceptional success in diverse competitive fields, including being a former Republic of Albania champion in swimming, a dedicated volleyball player for the Tirana squad, and a three-time consecutive winner of the Tirana Art Festival in the dancing discipline. This unique combination of analytical rigor, creative execution, and high-performance teamwork positions Elen as a promising technologist prepared to tackle complex challenges and drive innovation in the digital sphere.

Eliora is a second-year Software Engineering student at the University of New York Tirana, with a strong interest in building reliable and efficient software systems. Her academic training has focused on developing a solid foundation in programming, algorithms, and problem decomposition, enabling her to approach technical challenges with a structured and analytical mindset.

She is currently enrolled as a Full Stack Software Engineering student at Holberton School Albania, where she is gaining hands-on experience through intensive, project-based learning. Her work involves designing and implementing both front-end and back-end solutions, collaborating in team-based environments, and applying best practices in code quality, debugging, and system design. This experience is strengthening her ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical, real-world applications.

Eliora is driven by continuous learning and a curiosity for emerging technologies. She aims to deepen her expertise in full stack development and contribute to innovative, technology-driven solutions that emphasize scalability, efficiency, and long-term impact.

Erdi Shpati is a fourth-year student at the “Gjergj Canco” Professional High School in Tirana, Albania, specializing in programming. He is currently attending the Machine Learning program at Holberton Albania (October–June), where he is developing practical skills in data analysis, model building, and applying machine learning methods to real-world problems.

During his studies, Erdi has participated in school-based software projects, including building a student dashboard using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, strengthening his teamwork skills and ability to turn requirements into functional user-facing tools. He also earned a Java programming certificate through the Harry Fultz Institute, expanding his foundation in core programming concepts and structured development practices.

Erdi is most passionate about machine learning and building models that create measurable value. He aims to contribute to innovative, technology-driven solutions and continue growing as a developer in the AI/ML field.

Erli is a motivated student with a great interest in electro-mechanical systems. He is a graduate of Sami Frasheri high school where besides his studying he partook in different hackathons, Stem and debate competitions, was lead of the electronics part of projects and acted in different theatrical plays.

These experiences strengthened his leadership, teamwork and communication skills.

Erli continued his higher education in RIT-Tirana in the Electrical Engineering Technologies (EET) Program. He engaged in different extracurricular activities like helping write the schools constitution, creating the STEM club and volunteering in his city.

Fabjan is currently pursuing his studies at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, where he is enrolled in the Full Stack Web Development program. During his academic journey, he has been building a strong foundation in web technologies, software development principles, and problem-solving skills.

Although he does not yet have formal work experience, Fabjan is highly motivated to enter the professional field and apply his knowledge in real-world projects. He is eager to learn, grow, and collaborate in dynamic environments that encourage innovation and continuous improvement.

Fabjan aspires to begin his career in the technology sector, contribute to impactful digital solutions, and further develop his expertise as a Full Stack Web Developer.

Frenki is a student at the “Gjergj Canco” Vocational High School, where he specializes in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with a focus on Programming. Through his academic journey, he has developed a strong interest in software development, logical thinking, and problem-solving, gaining a solid foundation in programming principles and digital technologies.

In parallel with his high school studies, Frenki is currently attending the Machine Learning training program at Holberton Albania. This experience is allowing him to expand his knowledge in data-driven technologies, modern computing methods, and practical problem-solving, while strengthening his analytical and technical skills in an innovative learning environment.

Although he is not yet professionally employed, Frenki is highly motivated to invest in continuous learning and personal development. His long-term goals include obtaining strong academic and professional training, building a successful career in the technology sector, and contributing to impactful projects in programming and emerging technologies. He is committed to growth, discipline, and developing the skills necessary to succeed in a competitive and evolving digital field.

Gabriel is a third-year Information Technology student, currently nearing the completion of his studies. He has strengthened his skills in Full Stack Web Development through his training at Holberton School Albania. From a young age, he has participated in several IT-related projects that have enhanced his technical curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and passion for technology.

He is studying at Herman Gmeiner, where he continues to develop strong foundational IT knowledge and practical skills. His experience includes independent online work as well as involvement in various community and educational IT activities.

Gabriel is currently focused on expanding his expertise in modern web development and emerging technologies. He aims to continue advancing in the IT field, with a strong interest in artificial intelligence and data science, and is committed to contributing to innovative, impact-driven technological solutions.

Iden Muka is a committed student in the Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) Program at RIT Tirana, with a strong academic background and a passion for energy and energy efficiency. As a graduate of the Albanian American “Protagonistet” High School, he excelled in his studies and extracurricular activities. 

He was a great contributor to the Media Club, the school’s theater and concerts and often also provided technical support. He has been an active collaborator in social and community service initiatives and in volunteering. His love for music and creative projects nurtured his artistic expression, while his community involvement strengthened his leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills. A steady performer, Iden remains engaged in RIT initiatives beyond the classroom, continuing his volunteer work and musical activities.

Igli is a passionate Electrical Engineering student at RIT Tirana, currently dedicated to mastering the foundational principles of engineering and physics. As an excellent graduate of “Qemal Stafa”, he established a strong academic record that paved the way for his current studies. He is rapidly building technical proficiency in circuit analysis, digital logic, and programming, forming a solid basis for his future career.

Known for his proactive attitude, Igli thrives in team-based environments and approaches every assignment with a drive for excellence. He is eager to explore the diverse applications of electrical engineering and remains committed to his continued academic and professional growth.

Irsa Doci is a dedicated 18-year-old student currently majoring in Computing and Information Technologies (CIT) at RIT Tirana. A graduate of Sami Frasheri High School, she has quickly distinguished herself through active engagement in the academic community.

As a first-year student, Irsa developed a Python-based prototype for her project “Glasses Reflectance Analyses related to Misconduct Online,” which she presented at the University “Aleksander Moisiu” in Durrës. Her service further demonstrated her commitment to academic leadership as a Session Co-Chair for the 6th ISSIP Conference. She currently fosters student engagement as the Coordinator of the RIT Tirana Research Club.

Joel Shehu is a dedicated student with a strong academic interest in information technology and digital infrastructure. He is currently pursuing his studies in the Computing and Information Technologies (CIT) program at RIT Tirana, where he is building a solid foundation in computing systems and modern technologies.

Joel’s primary passion lies in computer networking, with a strong focus on network design, configuration, and security. He is particularly interested in how networking technologies support scalable, secure, and reliable digital systems. Through academic coursework and hands-on practice, he continues to strengthen his technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Motivated and goal-oriented, Joel is committed to developing expertise in networking and aims to contribute to the advancement of digital connectivity and infrastructure in the future

Jon Çeloaliaj is an ambitious and resourceful first-year student ready to tackle the challenges of higher education. Coming from Hermann Gmeiner High School, he was recognized for his creative approach to problem-solving and innate curiosity in Software Development. During his high school career, Jon developed his high-level critical thinking, collaborative team management, and effective communication skills.

Currently, Jon is enrolled in the Computing and Information Technologies program at RIT-Tirana, committed to working on the connection between theoretical and practical knowledge. He looks forward to being part of RIT’s hands-on learning environment, exploring co-op opportunities, and becoming an active contributor to the student community in developing innovative solutions toward creating next-generation sustainable mobile applications.

Joniand Kaci is a highly motivated and academically driven student with a strong foundation in technology and leadership. A graduate of Harry T. Fultz High School, Joniand demonstrated early promise in technical subjects and collaborative environments, consistently seeking opportunities to expand his knowledge and practical skills.

Joniand is currently pursuing his degree in the Electrical Engineering Technologies (EET) Program at RIT Tirana. Kelvin Xhafa is a student at RIT Tirana, where he is pursuing a degree in Computing Information Technologies (CIT). He attended Ernest Koliqi high school in Tirana, where he graduated with high results. There, he built a strong academic foundation, which will prove valuable to him during his further studies. The strongest qualities that he possesses are creativity and the desire to always learn more. Since childhood, Kelvin has shown a lot of interest in the field of technology. Even back then, he had already decided that he would one day pursue a career in this field. At RIT Tirana, he believes that he has found the perfect environment for him to build the foundations of the professional life that he desires and he sees it as the place for him to develop into the person he wants to become in the future.

Klajdi Muzhaqi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Beder University, where he built a strong foundation in software engineering and participated in projects that strengthened his analytical and technical skills. He is currently attending the Full Stack Web Development program at Holberton School Albania, aiming to deepen his knowledge in modern application development and emerging web technologies.

His professional experience is focused in the private sector, where he works at Depo Casa. Klajdi is responsible for maintaining the company’s official website, contributing to its functionality, updates, and overall performance. Through this role, he has developed essential skills in managing web platforms and solving day‑to‑day technical challenges.

He has a strong passion for Web Development and aims to build a long-term career as a Full Stack Developer. Klajdi aspires to create functional, reliable, and innovation-driven software solutions, contributing to impactful projects within the technology industry.

Klajdi Spahiu is a motivated student with an excellent academic background and a strong interest in information technologies, computing, and engineering. A graduate of Sami Frashëri High School, he was an active member and coordinator of the sports club, volunteer club, programming club, and entrepreneur club, where he developed leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

In recognition of his outstanding academic performance, he was awarded the Golden Medal for Excellent High School Results and achieved an SAT score ranking in the top 11% of test takers worldwide. Klajdi is currently pursuing a degree in Computing and Information Technologies (CIT) at RIT Tirana. He has earned distinctions including top placements at Climathon,

inTirana, and the National IT Olympiad, and is CISCO certified. Sociable and communicative, he excels in problem-solving, networking, and full-stack programming.

Kloea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Informatics from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics, from which she gained valuable and fundamental knowledge on programming, statistics and econometric methods. At the moment, she is pursuing the Machine Learning Study Program at Holberton School, aiming to expand her expertise through data science courses.

Her professional background includes internships in various software and web development roles. Most recently, Kloea worked as an intern in Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Development at Lufthansa Industry Solutions, where she supported automation and digital workflow improvements by implementing Power Automate flows and developing C# plugins. She also contributed to various web projects during her internship as a Web Developer at Vatra.

Her academic and professional preparation is complemented by certificates in Python for Data Science and Deep Learning, expressing her ambition and interest in applying AI to solve operational challenges, particularly in automating decision-making workflows, predictive analytics for business planning, and intelligent process optimization.  

Kris is a motivated student with a strong academic background and interest in improving himself and everything around him. A graduate of Harry Fultz High School, he mostly kept to himself and a small group of friends, but would still participate in initiatives such as the School Volunteer Program. This has made him efficient in utilizing even small amounts of resources.

Kris continues his studies in the Electrical Engineering Technologies (EET) Program at RIT Tirana. He is actively engaged in university research projects, has attended hackathons and contributes to community initiatives.

Krisalda is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering at University

Metropolitan Tirana, where she consistently distinguishes herself through academic excellence

and an incisive, analytical mindset. She is deepening her expertise in emerging technologies

through the Machine Learning program at Holberton School Albania, enhancing her critical

thinking and problem-solving abilities by working on complex, real-world, technology-driven

challenges.

Passionate about making a meaningful impact, she founded MetroCode, an educational initiative that introduces high school students to programming and STEM through interactive, visually engaging experiences, inspiring curiosity and confidence. As President of the Web Developers Club for two years, she mentored peers, led projects, and fostered a collaborative learning culture.

Her dedication to research and innovation is reflected in Scopus-indexed publications and multiple awards in programming championships and competitions. Through an internship at Banka Kombëtare Tregtare (BKT), she contributed to software development, database management, and API integrations, turning knowledge into practical solutions.

Kujtim Alimehmeti is a student at Rochester Institute of Technology Tirana, pursuing a degree in Computer Information Technology. He has actively participated in Code for Albania, where he engaged in technology-focused initiatives aimed at creating practical impact within the local community. He has also competed in algorithmic competitions organized by the University of Tirana, strengthening his analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and foundational programming skills.

Through academic and extracurricular experiences, Kujtim has developed a strong interest in understanding how systems work, from software logic to data structures and digital infrastructure. His background reflects curiosity, discipline, and a growing technical mindset. While he has not yet defined a specific long-term career path, he is motivated by exploration and self-improvement, driven by a desire to continuously learn and adapt within the evolving field of technology.

Megi is a highly motivated professional with a strong academic and technical background in healthcare and laboratory sciences. She was an excellent student and earned a Master of Science Scholarship, reflecting her academic merit and commitment to excellence. During her studies, she achieved First Place in a national professional medical portal competition, demonstrating strong analytical thinking and domain expertise.

For the past three years, Megi has held a Leading Position in a  Central Histopathology Laboratory, where she has developed advanced technical skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of diagnostic workflows and quality standards. Her role involves coordinating laboratory processes, problem-solving in high-responsibility environments, and supporting efficient, accurate diagnostic outcomes.

Alongside her professional career, Megi is actively developing skills in Python, Data  Analysis, and Machine Learning, with a particular interest in Healthcare AI and Laboratory Automation. Her goal is to bridge medical expertise with emerging technologies to design innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance laboratory efficiency and diagnostic accuracy.

Mishel completed a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering at University Metropolitan Tirana, gaining extensive knowledge in programming, software design, and development methodologies. Currently, Mishel is advancing practical skills through the Full Stack Web Development program at Holberton School Albania, where the focus is on building real-world applications, mastering modern frameworks, and developing end-to-end software solutions.

At present, Mishel works at Easy Remoteling, taking on responsibilities as both a Team Leader and a Customer Service Agent. In this role, Mishel oversees team coordination, supports operational efficiency, and ensures consistent service quality. This dual position has strengthened leadership abilities, communication skills, and the capacity to adapt quickly in dynamic environments. Motivated by continuous learning, Mishel approaches challenges with creativity and determination, fosters collaboration, and strives to make a meaningful impact through innovative and practical solutions.

Peter is a DevOps Engineer with over 3 years of experience. He joined the Machine Learning program at Holberton to further his knowledge on Data Engineering, Machine Learning and AI.

Peter aims that by the end of the program, he will have furthered his skills in the field allowing him to contribute more at his job and open doors for himself to new opportunities that may arise in the future.

He hopes that someday in the future he will have his own startup, and lead it to engineering excellence.

Rinor Kapllani is a motivated student with a strong academic background and a growing interest in electronics, robotics, and digital transformation. A graduate of the Harry T. Fultz Institute, he excelled in his studies while actively participating in the school’s Electronics and Robotics Club, where he strengthened his technical and problem-solving skills. He is now studying Electrical Engineering Technologies (EET) at RIT Tirana and engaging in hands-on projects.

Rubin Shatku is a driven student currently pursuing a degree in Computing and Information Technologies (CIT) at RIT Tirana. He combines a strong academic foundation with hands-on experience gained through participation in several coding events, including CodeWeek hackathons and other technology-focused competitions.

Rubin graduated from Sami Frashëri High School, where he was an active member of the volleyball team and advanced to the second stage of the national IT Olympiad. These experiences strengthened his discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

At university, Rubin continues to build his technical expertise while developing key leadership and communication skills. He is committed to expanding his involvement in technology initiatives and collaborative projects that challenge his creativity and analytical thinking.

Driven by long-term ambition, Rubin aims to operate his own firm in the future, contributing innovative IT solutions to the broader digital landscape.

Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Epoka University and has completed two certified professional trainings in frontend and full-stack software development. She is currently attending the Machine Learning Program at Holberton Albania, aiming to further develop her expertise in data science, machine learning and intelligent systems.

Her professional experience in Albania includes roles and internships as a software developer across web and mobile environments. Sara has collaborated on technology-focused projects involving the development and optimization of digital platforms and enterprise systems, working within Agile teams. Through this experience, she has strengthened her technical problem-solving skills, contributed to cross-platform solutions and supported the delivery of scalable and maintainable software while adapting to evolving project requirements.

She is currently focused on advancing her profile in data science and machine learning, actively working on analytical and modeling projects using real-world datasets. In parallel, she has developed strong managerial, strategic and creative skills through independent professional initiatives. Sara aims to develop impactful, data-driven solutions that combine strong software engineering foundations with advanced analytics and predictive modeling.

Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Tirana, graduating with excellent academic results. During her studies, she actively participated in academic projects and community initiatives, which strengthened her analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills.

She has completed two Full-Stack bootcamps at Coding Dojo, part of Colorado Technical University (USA), specializing in Java and Python. During these programs, she developed multiple web applications and real-world projects, gaining solid experience in backend development, database design, and full-stack web technologies.

With several years of experience as an Auditor and Accountant for U.S.-based companies, she developed strong expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, audit procedures, and data analysis, working with international teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. She is currently attending a Machine Learning program at Holberton Albania, where she aims to deepen her expertise in emerging technologies. Sindi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics from the Agricultural University of Tirana. After completing her undergraduate studies, she pursued a Foundation of Computer Science program at Holberton School Albania, where she spent one year building strong fundamentals in programming, problem-solving, and software development. She is currently continuing her studies in Machine Learning at Holberton School Albania, with a focus on data analysis and intelligent systems.

Throughout her academic journey, Sindi has developed a strong interest in technology, particularly machine learning and software engineering. While completing her studies, she has gained work experience in roles outside her field of specialization, which have contributed to the development of her communication skills and work ethic.
